This site is normally accessible to users at any time. An interruption for technical maintenance may, however, be decided by GMFGLOW, who will then endeavor to communicate to users the dates and times of the intervention in advance.

The purpose of the Gmfglow.com site is to provide information regarding all of the company's activities.

Gmf Glow endeavors to provide information on the Gmfglow.com site that is as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies, and shortcomings in updates, whether caused by itself or by third-party partners who provide it with this information.

All information indicated on the Gmfglow.com site is provided for information purposes only and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information on the Gmfglow.com site is not exhaustive. It is provided subject to modifications that have been made since it was put online.

5. Intellectual property and counterfeiting.

Gmf Glow is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the usage rights for all elements accessible on the site, in particular texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the site's elements, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited, except with prior written authorization from: Gmf Glow.

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitations of liability.

Gmf Glow cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the Gmfglow.com site and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Gmf Glow cannot also be held liable for indirect damage (such as, for example, a loss of market or loss of an opportunity) resulting from the use of the Gmfglow.com site.

Interactive spaces (possibility of asking questions in the contact area) are available to users. Gmf Glow reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content deposited in this space that would contravene the legislation applicable in France, in particular provisions relating to data protection. 7. Management of personal data.

In France, personal data is protected by Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

When using the Gmfglow.com site, the following may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the Gmfglow.com site, the user's access provider, and the user's Internet Protocol (IP) address.

In any case, Gmf Glow only collects personal information relating to the user for the need of certain services offered by the Gmfglow.com site. The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, particularly when they enter it themselves. It is then specified to the user of the Gmfglow.com site whether or not they are required to provide this information.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 and following of Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, any user has the right to access, rectify, and oppose personal data concerning them, by making their written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of an identity document with the signature of the document holder, specifying the address to which the response should be sent.

No personal information of the user of the Gmfglow.com site is published without the user's knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned, or sold on any medium to third parties. Only the hypothesis of the purchase of Gmf Glow and its rights would allow the transmission of said information to the potential purchaser, who would in turn be bound by the same obligation to store and modify data with respect to the user of the Gmfglow.com site.

The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998, transposing Directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996, relating to the legal protection of databases.

8. Hypertext links and cookies.

The Gmfglow.com site contains a number of hypertext links to other sites, set up with the authorization of Gmf Glow. However, Gmf Glow has no possibility to verify the content of the sites thus visited and will consequently assume no responsibility for this fact.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction.

Any dispute in connection with the use of the Gmfglow.com site is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris.
